Uralkali swings to 49.97 bln rbl net profit January–June

MOSCOW, Jul 29 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer Uralkali posted a 49.97 billion ruble net profit in January–June after a 2.29 billion ruble net loss in the same period a year ago, the company said in a report on Monday.

Revenue soared by 23% on the year to 90.158 billion rubles in the period, and the gross profit surged 25.9% to 68.3 billion rubles.
